Group Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare

Group CFO - Healthcare (Dubai) : Dubai based healthcare group comprising of hospital, clinics, wellness and diagnostics business. Seasoned professional with degrees in accounting and law, with exposure to corporate governance is must.

Job Responsibilities:

- Consolidation of group financials

- Provide direction and monitor performance of group companies and their finance teams

- Set standards and norms for corporate governance and control

- Manage group treasury function

- Support expansion, take overs and financial due diligence of new businesses

- Board interactions

- Legal de-risking

- Board level interactions

- Financial institutions and insurance companies
