Our client is one of the leading entities in diversified groups.

Position : Group Chief Financial Officer

Work Location : Bangalore - Karnataka

Reporting to : Director

Educational Qualification : Qualified CA

Experience : 15 to 20 years of experience from any manufacturing industries with fundraising experience (Equities and Debts) and having good connections with Angel Investors/VC's etc. IPO experience will be an added advantage. Experience in leading and managing a team with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience :

- The incumbent will be the heading the entire finance, accounting, budgeting, taxation, compliance of different groups of the organization.

- This role will cover setting-up systems and processes, team and partner management, and day-to-day operations with a team of 8 to 10 direct reportees
