Qualification - CA / CPA with GAAP experience

Reporting to - CEO

Experience - 18 Years plus

Preferred Industry - Education, Healthcare, Construction, IT

Job Summary :

- 18+ years of experience in the technology industry is a plus.

- Candidates will be responsible to manage various verticals of the organization.

- Proven track record as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.

- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Will be responsible to manage team of 3-5 CFOs of various verticals.

Job Responsibility:

- The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and analysis within the organization.

- Key skills required include strategic planning to drive business growth, expertise in finance and accounting principles, proficiency in financial planning and analysis for informed decision-making, due diligence for risk assessment, transfer pricing knowledge, and experience in amalgamation and mergers.

- Additionally, the role involves business modelling, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing ERP implementation, and optimizing costs and manpower for operational efficiency.

- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, and internal audit functions.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to support business decision-making and drive performance improvement.

- Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
