Group Chief Financial Officer - Conglomerate

Job Description:

To take charge of current operations and to run it with better internal financial checks and control in present organizational structure. CFO for group as a whole including Manufacturing & Hospital Business having expertise knowledge of capital Market / Funds Channels (Restructuring, Delisting, Funds management, reducing funds costs.

Changing constitution of the company wrt Listing - Delisting etc.

Having hands on experience and knowledge in funds raising for future growth of the Group, entering venture capital, Private equity etc and having experience in hospital Industry (Medical) will be an advantage.
