Group Chief Financial Officer - Conglomerate

Hiring for an Indian Conglomerate as a Group CFO to be based in Delhi.

Key responsibilities:

- To take charge of current operations and to run it with better internal financial checks and control in present organization structure.

- CFO for a group as a whole, having expertise knowledge of Capital Market/ Funds Channels (Restructuring, Delisting, Funds management, reducing funds cost etc.),

- Having knowledge in fund raising for future growth of group, entering venture capital, Private Equity etc. and having experience in Hospital industry (Medical) will be an advantage.

The chief financial officer (CFO) or chief financial and operating officer (CFOO) is a corporate officer primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation. This officer is also responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management.
