Our Client is a Europe based Indian MNC, global leader in Commodities / Trading with a Turnover of over USD 500 mn Plus.

Expanding rapidly and aggressively in India to address the growing focus on Environment / Pollution Control / Commodities.

The Group's currently Turnover of USD 500 mn plus targeting to reach USD 1 bn by 2021.

The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):

To handle -

a) Finance Controllership management

b) Commercial management

c) Oversee Legal activities

d) Treasury & Fund Management

e) Oversee Secretarial and Compliance across globe

f) IT & Technology Management

The Person (Candidate Details):

A) Experience

i) Around 50 yrs

ii) CA / CFA / CPA or MBA from Premium Institute

iii) Should have global experience in trading,family owned company

iv) Should have handled multiple divisions and multiple business with at least USD 500++ mn

B) Competencies

i) Self-driven & Initiative

ii) Entrepreneurial

iii) High energy, drive and commitment

iv) Strong Communications and People Skills.

v) Tech Savvy

vi) Ability to work / thrive in an unstructured, dynamic, high growth environment.
