Group Chief Financial Officer - CA

This is for a one of the large reputed company into many businesses with $ billion turnover looking for Group CFO. Candidates currently into Group CFO role handling few group companies will be preferred or minimum CFO is required from large companies only. International Market exposure is must specially Europe & US.

Education: CA before 1988 passout

To plan, strategize and direct the finance function at the holding company level, to ensure achievement of business goals across multiple verticals & Geographies. The Group CFO will supervise the entire finance function of the group and will be the chief financial spokesperson for the organization.

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relations etc.

Advisory to promoter:

1) Expansion/ Business Development.

2) Risk Assessment

3) Corporate Financial restructuring

- Complete ownership of system / procedure / Control / Lead Change Management.

- Assisting to Management in MIS reviews of All Departments

- Ability to participate in Legal / Contacts / IT HR function

- Handling finance / Accounts /compliance / Audit/ Tax function and report to Management

- Review of Quarterly Financial Statements, Quarterly Business Plan, Monthly Profit & Loss Account and Monthly Cash Budgets

- Fund raising through bank borrowing and private equity. Single point contact for groups dealing with financial institutions, banks etc. for syndicating funds for term loan and working capital at optimum costs for ongoing & future projects.

- Maintain cordial relationship with Banks and development financial institutions and creation of new ones with reputed financial organizations

- Help Treasury Manager in ensuring smooth treasury operations in co-ordination with Group Treasury Manager

- Strategic planning and policy formulation for the groups financial, accounting and statutory compliance requirement.

- Ensure Compliance with the Lenders requirements

- In depth understanding in formulating budgets & implementing systems / procedures, conducting ageing analysis, preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency of the organization.

- Possesses leadership experience, resulting in better financial performance and enhanced systems for higher performance of the team.

- Enterprising leader with a strong record of contributions leading to lowered risk; increased productivity & enhanced internal controls as well as managing overall business operations

- Adept at Finalisation of Accounts with GAAP; Analysis of Financial Results with comments for Variances; arranging

- Demonstrated business acumen in leading & managing Accounting & Financial Procedures, Taxation, Costing and Budgeting Techniques at strategic, tactical & operational levels.
