Group Chief Financial Officer - Automobiles Industry

- Overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations.

- Spearheading finance function of multi geography operating entity involving devising financial strategies, implementing systems &

- Manage& Execute financial controls and accounting procedures & strategy of the company.

- Fund management, credit control, profitability analysis &Investor Relations & Reporting.

- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company &provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.

- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans

- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required

- Liaising with banks for raising fund/non-fund based limits to meet working capital & project funding

- Streamline the regulatory compliance framework & statutory compliances
