Group CFO/Deputy Group CFO - CA - Conglomerate

Company Profile: A Conglomerate active in the industries of oil & gas, water, power generation, engineering and transportation and operations in 13 countries.

Summary :

- This role will involve managing and controlling the Finance function for the group and will report to the Group CFO / Chairman.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic finance / business plans.

- Develop financial and tax strategies.

Candidate Requirements :

- 15 to 18 years of finance & accounting experience.

- Chartered Accountant preferred.

- Global exposure in Finance Function.

- Strong operational knowledge in Finance.
