Job Description - The role is for a Group CFO who must be a CA with at least 20 years of work proficient experience of working on Working Capital Management, Auditing and Taxation, Mergers and Acquisition, Risk Analysis, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Banking Relation Management, IPO Readiness and Listing, ERP Management. The GROUP CFO should be someone who has handled a CFO position for at least 4-5 years of demonstrated experience of developing strategies.

This Organisation is one of the key players in the mid sized segment of Healthcare. It is a mid-sized set up, ten year old organisation which has 5 branches across the country, that was one of the first few organisation in Delhi/NCR to receive their NABH and NABL accreditation. Despite being an Indian organisation, they have a robust and professional management which consists of a team with strong pedigree. The MD and the owner of the organisation are people who come with a strong vision for the entire organisation. What sets this organisation apart is that they are growing aggressively and will have 5 - 10 branches across the country in the next 2-3 years, which are already in construction.

Description

The responsibilities are as follows and includes proficiency in Working Capital Management, Auditing and Taxation, Mergers and Acquisition, Risk Analysis, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Banking Relation Management, IPO Readiness and Listing, ERP Management

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts for the Group. Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow and working capital projections for the group.

- Invest free cash flows productively.

- Engage with Merchant & Investment Bankers, Private Equity Investors, and Strategic Investors for debt & equity funding.

- Oversee the Company secretarial functions for the company

- Dealing with All levels of tax authorities for compliance, assessments, audit

- Review policies, controls & procedures for Finance & Accounting functional areas and initiate necessary changes to ensure consistency and integrity of accounts across all units.

- Create implement, monitor and review revenue, expense, profitability, cash & capital budgets at Monthly / Quarterly intervals. Help ensure accountability of budget holders to their allotted budgets. Provide regular feedback to them and advise remedial action for key variances.

- Driving cost optimisation & controls measures across the group.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial and statistical reporting.

- Maintain an up-to-date and anticipatory knowledge of upcoming accounting, compliance and financial reporting changes.

- Provide full support for annual balance sheet and cash flow budgeting to complement P&L and capital budgeting by all branches.

- Oversee all company secretarial functions of the organisation.

- Deal with all levels of tax authorities for compliance, assessments, audits.

- Understand & mitigate key elements of the company's profile like:

- Monitor open legal issues involving the company.

- Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Ensuring that appropriate insurance cover is taken.

- Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Profile

A successful candidate should be a CA with at least 20 years of post-qualification experience of working in various industries apart from for only Hospitals. You should have handled a CFO role for at least 4-5 years working on strategy, come with a new vision for this organisation, have experience of managing the entire IPO process. You should be a partner to MD in his vision. An added advantage would be your experience in legal and secretarial functions.
