Group Brand Manager - FMCG

URGENT OPENING FOR GROUP BRAND MANAGER in a Personal Care company at Head Office Mumbai.

Person has to have minimum 3 yrs. experience with Personal Care products.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Marketing Head in all key Brand Projects and Deliverables – Working on Marketing Mix, Creative strategy, New Product Development, Portfolio Management

- Key Brand Performance Metrics – Market Share, Consumer Measures, Gross Margin and other Brand Financials

- Market Share Analysis and Reporting

- Develop and execute promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters

- Regular market working with the Sales team to assist the Marketing Head in the analysis and review of performance of products, channels, segments, regions, to identify relevant trends, key issues and/or opportunities and monitor competitor activity

- Media Planning and Execution of activation platforms

- Liaise with Advertising and Market Research agencies, Suppliers, Perfumers, R & D houses and internally with Sales and Commercial functions

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Management

Experience: 7--12 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year should be preferably in Sales

Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

- Understanding of FMCG categories

- Sound Knowledge of Sales processes

- Excellent in Brand Promortion & BTL activities

- Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Creative, Idea Generator

- Data Analysis and Interpretation
