She/ he would be responsible for category success models, innovations, long-term strategic planning and brand equity.
Role -

- Media planning, strategy and management
4) Activation:
- Brand activation, property development and campaign management
5) Innovation:
- New product research and development
- Packaging development
- New product launches
We invite applications from Premier B School Graduates (XLRI, IIMs, Bajaj, IIFT,and like B Schools) with 12-15 years of post qualification experience, having rich brand/marketing experience .
- Must be currently leading large brands in an FMCG Company of repute.
- Should have a business orientation and a substantial exposure in understanding consumer insights.
- Must have experience in brand development - contributed in conceptualizing and bringing in new Brands / projects in a B2C space.
- Sound knowledge of all facets of brand management, marketing strategy and innovation process is a prerequisite.
