Job Description:

- Integrated Marketing Communications head

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing communication leader, to join our highly specialized and dynamic marketing team. As the part of leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategy across different brands to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and lead brand launches in multiple geographies and cultures. Your expertise in brand building , communication strategy, ATL and BTL campaigns, media planning, and team management will be crucial in achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities: The role will have 4 parts . Strategy. Operation. Growth. Excellence.

Strategy - Brand Strategy Development:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and insights for brand growth.

- Develop and execute effective brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning, brand key and identity.

- Create and update brand guidelines, to ensure Group brand is dynamic and in sync with overall Group strategy.

- Define target audience and most preferred segment in the market to tailor brand communication strategies accordingly.

Strategy - Multi-Cultural & Multi-Lingual Brand Operations:

- Adapt brand strategies and communication plans to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.

- Ensure brand messages are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target markets.

- Balance internal and external creative team ecosystem.

- Develop creative communication partners

Operation : Integrated Marketing Communication (operation):

- Lead internal creative and content Team : Lead and motivate an internal team of content (long and short form) and creative (copy, art, design) team to execute all marketing communication for different brands, across different channels.

- Lead the team to execute marketing calendar , which is multichannel by nature.

- Create compelling brand communication plans and campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL, on-website, social media, and offline branding, Social media

- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing collateral and campaigns.

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity

- Lead the creation of marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively represent the brand.

Operation : Multi-Geography Marketing Operations:

- Manage marketing operations across different geographies, tailoring strategies to regional market needs.

- Lead Collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Trade events across geography - concept and execution

- Efficiently manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Growth - New Product and Brand Launches :

- Lead the successful launch of new products or services, ensuring they are integrated into the overall brand strategy.

- Plan and execute impactful launch events and campaigns to generate excitement and engagement.

- Create campaigns for RFM strategy , ensuring brand touchpoints are most effective with optimised communication.

- Excellence - Build best practices and brand measurement

- Create excellence in brand strategies and communication plans to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.

- Develop the team to best in the industry by acquiring best talents and enabling them to deliver creative of international standards.

- Ensure brand messages are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target markets.

- Lead UI and customer experience across different touchpoints

- Establish brand track and other measurements for brand and creative excellence

- Create vision for brand with CMO and leadership team

Requirements:

- Masters in Marketing, Business Administration (full time)

- Proven experience (min 15 years) in brand communications, and brand launches and marketing operations , preferred in E-com/ online /retail business.

- In-depth understanding of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and media planning.

- Experience in ecommerce operations .

- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Cross-functional teamwork and team management experience.

- Creative thinker and motivator to bring fresh thinking in team.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work with Leadership team and lead strategic projects
