About the Role :

- This role provides an opportunity to an enterprising individual to take end-to-end responsibility of driving growth in some of the emerging business verticals of Group Bayport, such as CO and BBO

- E-Commerce Manager's responsibilities include working closely with all key stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans, Coordinating the delivery of tasks, resource management for assigned projects.

- He/she will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling client queries related to delivered tasks. The candidate should be of "ownership" mindset.

Job Responsibilities :

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management.

- Liaise with various stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.

- Able to create go-to-market and right-to-win strategy.

- P&L management including the creation of growth forecast and gross margin analysis.

- Make sure that stakeholders' needs are met as projects evolve.

- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

- Should be able to train the reporting person under him/her.

- Category research on the size of the opportunity and competitive analysis

- Work will include managing all aspects of the e-commerce site by working with multi departments.

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) :

- Total 10-15 years of proven work experience in the e-commerce industry

- Good understanding to grow the account and build a strong relationship with all stakeholders.

- Need to have exposure to work with US based client.

- The candidate needs to have very good understanding of all aspects of e-commerce including Technology, product, category, cataloging, marketing, and supply-chain

- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

- Solid organizational skills, communication skills - including multitasking and time- management.

- Strong people-facing and teamwork skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)

- Excellent team player and team leader

- Candidate should get involved in business and grow it to next level and healthy understanding of P&L.
