Associate Director (CRO)


Role:

We're looking for a senior Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist with experience and knowledge of working with e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach to CRO; from analysing and identifying issues, presenting hypotheses to the team, building out A/B tests, and gathering results. The role includes undertaking research in Google Analytics, usability auditing, heuristic evaluation and heatmapping, to gain a strong understanding of customer behaviour and transforming data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is results-driven and craves constant improvement, is comfortable presenting to clients, identifying opportunities and working across multiple teams.

As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying conversion issues and optimising the customer funnel. As part of our CRO team you will help build, run and analyse A/B tests, present these insights back to the client, and demonstrate what changes can be made to improve conversion. Your great time management skills will allow you to work across multiple clients and a range of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

- CRO Expert will be responsible for the Conversion Rate optimization for all the e-commerce website of the Group.

- Develop and own the testing program to improve on-site conversion

- Responsible to manage and drive the end to end CRO life cycle, starting from the Creating hypothesis, configuration, execution & conclusion of the experiment etc.

- Work closely with the Product Managers, MIS Analyst, UI/UX designer, Tech Team & VWO/Optimizely support.

- Interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience, conversion rates, future web developments and further testing iterations

- Conduct internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates

- Responsible for doing competition research from the various perspective like feature related, Data related etc and try to get the hypothesis to improve that with the help of AB Testing.

- Work with Heatmap and behaviour tools such as Hotjar, Lucky Orange to understand the user behaviour.

- Co-ordinating with Product Managers to understand the pain points, get the backlogs of hypothesis from them & execute that based on prioritization.

- Work closely with UI/UX for the design, Support team, work with multiple departments such as Marketing, Category, Customer service etc & Dev teams to build, QA, launch, and monitor A/B tests, while ensuring no cross-pollination of tests with other functions

- Concluding the experiments very clearly & communicate & share the learning & corrective actions with the team.

- Doing the constant research about the tools & partners to improve the existing scope & offering with the current tool.

Desired & Required Skills :

- At least 8+ Years of experience with the AB Testing/Split Testing or multivariate testing with tool such as VWO, Optimizely, Target, Convert, AB Testy, Site Spect, Google Optimize etc.

- CRO Expert experience in E-Commerce is Mandatory.

- Expert in Data Analytics & having knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, Tablue/Power BI will add advantages, Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities

- Candidate should have knowledge of Digital Marketing & the various channel of Digital Marketing.

- Experience in using the website Behaviour tool Hotjar, Lucky Orange, Smart look, Crazy egg etc.

- Ability to provide actionable insight from large datasets.

- Working knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma, etc.

- Ability to manage multiple CRO related priorities with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership such priorities.
