- Handling team of Advisors TL/Dealers. Monitoring their performance, revenue generation, and cross-sales.
- Maintaining relationships with Premium clients.
- Advising clients on Equity, Derivatives Markets.
- Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
- Cross-selling of other products like Mutual funds, PMS, and Insurance.
- Handling Queries & complaints, handling escalations and redressing queries within TAT.
- Retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
- Profiling clients by conducting in-depth review of clients' financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.
- Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
- Responsible to train and develop existing teams to the next level.
