Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in client servicing and sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

- Post Graduate Degree.

- Must have prior experience in Advertising/ Marketing agencies.

Key Deliverables :

1. Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

2. Work closely with the rest of the sales leadership to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

3. Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and key decision-makers to stay informed about industry trends and potential business opportunities.

4. Act as a thought leader within the organization and with clients, sharing insights and best practices that drive business results.

5. Develop and mentor the client servicing team to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of clients and contribute to sales growth.

6. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the client servicing team and across the organization.

7. Manage and resolve client escalations and conflicts, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

8. Implement processes and procedures that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the client servicing team
