Job Description:

Candidate must be able to communicate with stakeholders to understand and clearly define business problems. They would be expected to define a solution framework based on data analysis and work with the stakeholders in implementing the findings. Additionally, they would be expected to mentor the team of analysts from a technical perspective.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to mentor the team on technical problems

- Ability to identify business problems which analytics can work on by stakeholder discussions

- Ability to define the problem clearly and formulate potential approaches with the team

- Identify the key results to be achieved in any project and allocate ownership within the team

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations

- Analytics roadmap planning and prioritization of business problems

- Identify internal process which can be made more efficient and implement the ideas
