Key Responsibilities: - Build a reliable last mile delivery network across different store formats i.e. MOM and POP stores/SMEs/mobile shops/couriers) - Identification and lead generation of potential stores to partner with us in and around the city - Execution of MOU and SLA with them along with end to end handling of complete on-boarding & documentation process - Manage and streamline store last mile delivery operations as per Grofers- last mile metrices (e.g. attendance management, delivery percentage, escalations, etc.) - Drive and manage operations with channel partners - Conduct partner training from time to time as per requirements - Manage a field team of 5-10 relationship managers and train them on processes, SOPs and operating model - Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual's and team's performance, expectations and goals - Be the voice of partner kiosks and drive initiatives to increase their NPS (net promotor score) - Arrange for regular audits to check the quality and standards of the service - Prepare mandatory daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management - Drive new policy initiative and process changes in store delivery network within defined timelines What we require: - Graduation/Post Graduation with 4+ years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management, distribution, logistics and FMCG sales - Analytical, action oriented with the ability to handle ambiguous situations - Ability to manage a large team including off roll and on roll employees - Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
