Grofers - Digital Marketing Associate

At Grofers, we are obsessed with connecting consumers to their local merchants in a meaningful way. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who will help us develop digital marketing and content strategy for all the social media channels.

What you will do

You will develop and manage strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.

Assist in defining goals and KPI's for digital marketing programs and services along with reporting and analysis of those metrics

Be the champion for data driven decisions and insights

Monitor and manage the financial health of digital marketing programs and campaign activities

Work closely with brand design, communications, policy, growth marketing, and other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns

What you have

3 - 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)

Hands on experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns (ppc, display, video, social, etc.), email marketing and local search marketing

Ability to stay on top of the leading trends and innovations in the digital marketing landscape

Ability to get things done quickly and efficiently and be a collaborative team player

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
