Grofers - Deputy Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning marketing calendar, media plans, campaigns for the brand

- Briefing the agencies for campaigns, managing the integrated created process and delivering the campaigns across TV, Radio, OOH, Print and Cinema

- Lead the initiatives to improve lagging city/geography performance through analysis of consumer needs and gaps and making specific plans to achieve the same

What we require:

- Post Graduate in Marketing/Advertising

- Minimum 2 years of experience across FMCG or telecom or retail or e-commerce industries/clients

- Should have worked closely for advertising agencies

- Should be hands-on and operationally very strong

- Understands the basics of project management (e.g. creating a plan, choosing the project team, budget, schedule and flowcharting, etc.)

- A high degree of articulation and attention to details would be a must
