"As the Brand custodian for Grofers Owned Brands, the incumbent will lead the Brand Strategy &amp; Management, Advertising and Portfolio communications with the objective of driving penetration of Grofers sub-Brands on the mother Brand platform. He/she will lead communication development and channel deployment for all external customer related communications - be it on the app or off the app. the incumbent, working with the team, would also be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing calendar of product / Portfolio events and launches. This position will collaborate extensively with the Owned Brands team, Central marketing team and the Digital &amp; Engagement team to drive outcomes." Key responsibilities: - Develop the brand strategy and positioning for each Grofers sub-brand within fmcg foods and non-foods space - Write the marketing brief for all campaigns on Grofers sub-brands - Ideate on and create 360- campaigns for new launches; including off-app brand visibility on TV, Print, OOH and on-store on the Grofers Android, iOS apps and web pages - Consumer Immersion to understand the barriers and triggers for the products to create an impactful marketing plan - Develop the social media and digital strategy for promotion of Grofers sub-brands - Develop the brand architecture for new sub-brands across product launches - Work with the Central Marketing team for fitment of Grofers sub-brands with media strategy of Grofers mother brand - Work with the Digital &amp; Engagement teams to create consumer journeys from off-app digital media channels to on-store sales - Develop and manage internal design team as well as external creative agencies - Measure effectiveness of brand and impact on business goals - Educate cross functional teams on marketing design, campaign briefs and business reports What we require: - Minimum 3 years of brand strategy and/or management experience across FMCG or retail or e-commerce or telecom industries/clients - Brand planning in advertising agencies would be a plus - Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Advertising - Experience in brand campaigns with a mix of digital, traditional offline and BTL experience and demonstrated creative excellence - A great passion for consumers and consumer experiences, with a dependable ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform brand strategy, product innovation and customer experience - Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders - Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple brands/categories simultaneously - A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
