Key Responsibilities : - Manage end to end Last Mile Delivery Operations for an assigned region - Own profit & loss and service level responsibility for cities in South, ensuring best customer satisfaction - Formulate and drive strategies aimed at cost optimization, growth, and achieving profitability - Develop, execute and maintain performance matrices to track the overall performances - Drive new processes and projects on continuous improvement aimed at improving delivery performance and reduced customer escalation - Work closely with Product and Technology team to achieve overall operation's efficiency - Manage a large operations team and network to support the business growth. Deal with manpower related issues such as interviewing potential candidates, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as organizing training and development programs - Conduct benchmark studies to understand and implement best practices prevalent in the industry What we require : - 5-10 years of relevant work experience in managing last mile operations - Expert knowledge on critical concepts of supply chain and logistics - Candidates with Post-Graduation from tier 1 campus and E-commerce experience will be preferred
