Key responsibilities :  - Formulate the fulfillment strategy for city operations.  - Ensure proper collaboration among multiple dispatch centers.  - Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery and inventory reports.  - Meet company's performance expectations and ensure timely reporting & invoicing.  What we require :  - B. Tech/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant work experience  - FMCG/Logistics/Manufacturing background preferred   - Understanding of Supply Chain Management  - Good oral and written communication skills  - Ability to hire and manage a distributed team and prior experience of the same  - Ethical and commercial acumen  - Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical a commercial acumen  - Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility  - Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality  - Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours  Salary Range; 6-10 LPA
