Role description :

As a People Operations Business Partner, you are the custodian for the implementation of People Strategy for your business unit(s) and its link to business outcomes. You will be an HR partner and the first point of contact for employees within your business unit(s).

1. Partner with HR Leaders to implement People Operations policies within the unit

2. Engage with business groups in People Operations Program delivery

3. Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee engagement and management.

4. Leverages foundational human resource principles to work with the organization on solving or organizational issues and challenges

5. Analyses data and documentation to influence employees and managers on ER issues

6. Uses data, reports and analysis to drive decision making on key people operation priorities in the unit

7. Provides coaching and support to first level managers.

8. Triages across all aspects of People Operations to drive employee experience.

9. Builds employee advocacy by communicating and channelling organization messages.

10. Be accountable for key people metrics, such as performance / productivity, employee retention, improvement in eNPS scores and Glassdoor ratings

11. Own successful implementation of all People Operations processes across employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management, career development, team engagement and grievance resolution
