Job Description -

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and provide strategic leadership on all HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive impact in the society and be able to manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior experience in sourcing & hiring Senior Management, Technology & eLearning is must.

- Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.

- Work with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment sources.

- Oversee the training and development of employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

- Provide HR support to the company's leadership team and provide regular updates on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

- Experience in hiring or sourcing senior management roles.

- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
