GreyAtom's highly selective flagship program aims at mentoring working professional and freshers in kickstarting their Data Science career. Students built projects upon REAL DataSet and Problem Statements provided by our industry and hiring partners. The Program is classroom-based and heavily practice driven. As a VP of Engineering, you'd be responsible for setting the technical direction of Greyatom and getting the product out of the door on time, every time. You'll oversee all things tech - from recruiting to management, retention, and empowerment of our Engineering team

Responsibilities :

- Seeking an entrepreneurial VP Engineering who has a passion for building elite - teams, ideas, architectures and platforms.

- We already have an awesome Engineering team who is building some real cool stuff. You will ensure the quality and right processes being followed.

- Leading full-stack team of developers (Front-end, Back-end, QA), who are passionate about disrupting the industry.

- Hire and build a high-performing team, and train and retain them.

- Work closely with management to understand the product roadmap and plan to execute the same.

- Work closely with our customers, take customer interviews to prioritize product features.

- Build Data driven development culture.

- Fostering a culture of innovation.
