Responsibilities:

- Develop a full stack Inbound digital marketing program with a mix of email, content marketing, website/landing pages, SEO/SEM, display, retargeting, paid/social, business channels/platforms and more.

- Ensure that leads from online marketing and other campaigns are tracked and archived for use in future nurturing programs

- Develop and coordinate marketing automation programs that advance leads through the funnel to sale

- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content

- CRM and Database Management

- Develop a 360-degree view of customers

- Track, report and analyze website analytics

Requirements

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing.

- 3+ years of experience defining multi-channel digital marketing strategies translated to successful execution.

- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

- Strong interest and abilities in data analytics

- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel demand generation (Inbound) campaigns. Including programs across SEO/SEM, Marketing automation tools, display, conversion optimization.

- Experience working on marketing automation technology, using a variety of marketing software (e.g., email automation, website personalization, A/B or multivariate testing, SEM/display bidding software, social monitoring, etc.)

- Risk-taker, comfortable in the fast-paced environment; go-getter, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and employees.
