The founders are IIM & IIT alumni (IIM A & B) with extensive experience in consulting domain. They are still working with the leading IT and consulting firms and planning to quit the job to work on this idea.

- The product is in a development stage and hence this is an equity + Average salary (Negotiable).

- You will be working with the interns from IITs and guiding them throughout the technological development process. So, this is a kind of mentor + self-starter role.

What we are looking for:

- Someone who has medium term experience in leading a product and software team and can eventually serve as CTO and over time take leadership of technology team.

- This will be a leadership Position where you will be drawing the technology roadmap for the company. You will be a core member of the founding team and the lead on all the technical aspects of the venture.

- You will have to get your hands dirty and write the code as well as have to lead the other coders who will work directly with you.

- Play a key role in evolution of the product and deciding the roadmap according

- Knowledge of web services, software development, and technology architecture design & implementation.

- Should be able to build a strong team, guide and motivate them

Qualifications:

- Proficient in building scalable web applications - Both Front-end and back-end technologies

- Expert in the technology of choice - HTML5, Node, PHP, ROR, Python etc

- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors.

- Proficient in client side scripting technologies - Angular, jQuery etc.

- Expertise in managing scalability through caching technologies (redis etc) and performance optimizations.

- Ability to design and implement hybrid mobile apps.
