Responsibilities :
- Deal sourcing for both on- and off-market deals through aggressive relationship building with brokers and landlords
- Knowledge of all leasing and subleasing activity in designated territories and markets
- Micro and macro market survey and preparation of property evaluation and viability reports
- Maintaining a robust pipeline in designated territories and markets with regular meetings and updates
- Implement and drive process improvements
- Work with Grexter's and owner's Legal consultants to execute the required leases and agreements in a timely and legally accurate manner
- Work with landlords to obtain possession letters, rent commencement agreements and other lease related correspondence
- Work with vendors for acquiring lucrative deals without compromising on quality of furniture, appliances and everything else required to turn an empty space into state-of-the-art homes
- Drive the company towards - Built to suit- properties in near future
- Hire, train and manage a sizeable team of enthusiastic and talented interior designers, architects, technicians etc.
Capabilities :
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Extensive background in and strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions or brokerage
- Proven work experience in property acquisition having worked in the top 5 IPCs or Hospitality Industry or Real Estate is a plus
- Deep knowledge of designated region and territory (Fluency in local language is a plus)
- Teamwork, cooperation, and enthusiasm to work in a start-up
- Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
- Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous deals simultaneously
- Superior relationship and partnership-building skills
- Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
