Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible for the central sales team which pitches our co-living properties to the customers and generates sales - Striving to achieve the overall sales targets set by the management team - Setting ambitious monthly individual sales targets for sales associates and pushing/motivating/grooming them to reach those targets - Coming up with sales strategies/processes for Broadening the sales funnel and striving to achieve better lead conversion rates every month - Overseeing the call quality of the associates and training them to convert the leads better - Closely working with the digital marketing team and Zonal P&L heads to ensure the pricing and marketing is happening in the right manner. - Share notes on what's working and what's not working.
