About the role: Corporate/B2B sales is an exciting yet unexplored part of Co-living businesses. We are looking for an expert to join our team who will enhance the reach of our brand and get us exciting partnerships. If you have an excellent pitch to attract corporate tie-ups, a passion for developing profitable partnerships or improving existing ones, and have a thing for agile environment then we would like to meet you. The main objective is to generate extra revenue through dramatic increase in sales numbers and income from value-added services by sourcing and executing tie-ups with other organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing a good working relationship with some of the biggest corporate companies in India which can be leveraged for various alliances
- Assessing the B2B demand for our co-living spaces and setting sales targets
- Presenting various new product launches to the network of corporate clients and generating business
- Space Monetization - Identify and Ideate new propositions to generate revenue out of extra space at existing properties
- Build strategic alliances with other startups/relevant businesses to provide different value added services to our tenants
- Find event partnerships + sponsorship for community events
Coordination with various internal departments to ensure effective implementation
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B Sales/ BD/ Strategic Alliance/Partnerships or other relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills with a natural flair in developing and maintaining good relations with business associates
- Early stage start-up experience with Hospitality/Co-living/Co-working companies will be an added bonus
- Highly motivated and can function independently
- Ability to meet sales and revenue targets and work in a high pressure environment
