About the role: This role transcends every function of the company by handling projects which enhance the experience of the tenants in our co-living spaces. The projects will include value added services like food, laundry, gradually moving towards smart IOT devices to make the properties automated. The ideal candidate will be strategizing how to get their latest idea in place and freeze it, until the next big idea comes along, which shouldn't be long. This role demands an in-depth knowledge of the market and play it to the benefit of Grexter. Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, strategize and execute the projects in the pipeline of Grexter to launch them successfully - Initiate with pilot and finally scale up the project to all co-living properties of Grexter by building a team, training them and standardizing processes for smooth running of the project - Monitor and manage relationship with the key vendors, partners and competitors. - Maintain a general awareness of the pulse of the market at all times - To identify and agree on targets against which the success of a particular project can be measured Capabilities: - 3 to 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment like that of a start-up and/or working on multiple kinds of projects - Experience working in Real-Estate, Rental housing, Co-living or Hospitality is a plus - Belonging from premiere institutes like Tier I business schools or Tech Institutes is a plus - Enthusiasm to lead a team in a start-up - Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous projects simultaneously - Superior relationship- and partnership-building skills - Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment - Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
