Grexter - Lead - Marketing

About the role

The Experience lead will work towards creating an unforgettable living experience for our customers during the tenure of their stay. The purpose is to build, grow and manage over ever increasing tenant community through both online and in-building activities. This role is ideal for an extrovert who is a strong-connector, someone who loves people, is an exceptional communicator and is a natural at building relationships. Experience in community and events management is desired.

Responsibilities - 

- Design, coordinate, and execute shared experiences and bonding opportunities by hosting events and gatherings on a regular basis in all our co-living spaces

- Enhance our product offering by adding more and more value added services which enriches the customer experience and adds more revenue streams at the same time

- Increase Online engagement both Tenant-Tenant and Company-Tenant, on Facebook groups, Grexter app and whatsapp groups through competitions, games, profiling etc

- Setting the direction and management of our offline and online communication strategy to our tenants - Including rules, emailers, reminders, newsletters

- Curate the everyday vibe of the spaces - a general awesome feeling that resonates when you walk in the door

Capabilities - 

- Experience in community management is desired, though experience in hospitality or the service industry is a plus

- Event Planning and Marketing experience

- Strong customer service & communication skills. Ability to stay positive during challenging and/or busy situations

- Up-to-date knowledge on topics such as social innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability

- Desire to empower and support our members and event attendees

- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple, concurrent projects & relationships. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work well under deadlines

- Proficient and experienced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with basic computer platforms such as: Google Suite, Eventbrite, MailChimp. Graphic Design and Wordpress experience a plus

- Social media proficiency in promoting events and overall engagement
