About the role
The Growth lead will be fully responsible for driving the topline for Grexter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, and success of marketing/sales strategies for all of Grexter's projects. It is a highly entrepreneurial role which would require you to take ownership to make sure that we are always above 95% occupancy in all our spaces. We expect you to inspire us with your awesome personality as much as your incredibly insightful work.
Responsibilities -
- Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies, paid and organic, digital and offline to drive sales in an efficient and timely manner
- Hire, develop and manage sales and marketing teams
- Build and develop new channels for marketing
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of various strategies
- Have an account on project-wise online/offline spend and customer acquisition costs
Capabilities -
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- A background in real estate/rental housing sales will be an added bonus
- Deep knowledge of designated region and territory
- Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction
- Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
- Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous projects simultaneously
- Superior relationship- and partnership-building skills
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
