- Keeping Track of the Monthly building-wise P&L of the cluster

- Create the weekly marketing strategy based on Building occupancy and work with the sales and marketing teams to implement the strategy

- Based on the profitability of the cluster, make appropriate changes to the pricing, amenities, room sharing splits. Keep the communication of such changes clear with the sales and operations teams

- Create the budget control/Operations strategy for the month based on previous months expenses and work with the operations team to implement those changes

- Form an Events Committee/Food committee of tenants for the Cluster and work with them

- Create the events calendar for the month and drive the events and community activities in the property

- Drive the BTL marketing/B2B marketing for the cluster to augment the sales of the area

- Be the single point of contact for the building owners and work with them to solve any owner related issues

- Maintain good relations with the owners and look for opportunities to get more properties from them

- Spearhead the launch on new properties and be the POC for coordination between Sales and Operations teams

- Do regular audits in the properties, speak to tenants and identify major issues which are hampering the customer experience of the property. Work with the relevant teams to take actions to resolve the same

- Speak to clients who have rejected/not booked the property with a mindset to either change their mind or understand the reason for rejection

Capabilities :

- 2+ years of experience

- Proven work experience in handling operations for a Hospitality/Rental Housing company/ Service Apartments/ Co-working Spaces

- Belonging to Tier I/ Tier II educational Institutes would be a plus

- Proven ability to manage a team

- Strong network in the hospitality sector

- Ability to work under stressful situations
