Role: Zonal Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Coimbatore
CTC: 8-12 L
- Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) is a key role and the person will be responsible for managing retail operations in the assigned geography.
In line with this overall mandate, the delivery will be measured in the following KRAs:
- Sales Target achievement
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Market mapping and sales plan development
- Channel development through physical and volume reach expansion
- Sell-out management
- Sales Forecasting
- Recruiting, mentoring and managing team of Sales Officers/ Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers.
- Maintain Field discipline in the team and ensure adherence to sales processes like PJP, DSR etc
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Candidates with proven track record and work experience of 5-8 years of managing direct dealer network in the industries like Paints / kitchen appliances / Cement etc .
- Graduate / Post Graduate with good communication skills and knowledge of local language
