GreenCell Mobility - Senior Manager/AGM - Charger Specialist

Job Title : Charger Specialist- Sr. Manager _ AGM

Experience: 10-15 Years

Role & responsibilities:

- Charger management, debugging, new product selection, and validation to ensure 100% availability of chargers to meet operations requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Someone with a proven and well-developed diagnostic and technical skillset to both onboard new chargers and diagnose problems with existing units. There will also be a requirement to test and evaluate new charge products.

- Design assessment, product evaluation, and recommendation for chargers for deployment

- Debugging and rectification of chargers and charging issues

- Monitor and maintain chargers and charging infrastructure to ensure 100% availability for operations.

- Deploy and manage CMS to automate reporting of charger issues, ensuring charger uptime and maximizing utilization.

- Monitor efficiency at the component and system level, prepare a roadmap to improve energy efficiency and lead deployment.

- Prepare and deploy strategy to de-risk chargers and charging infrastructure from breakdowns, supply chain, and technology disruption.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations, and exercise judgment in a variety of situations.

- Working with cross-functional teams in marketing, production, and procurement through technical inputs during the NPD cycle

- Working closely with R&D and procurement teams of large OEMs 5

- Actively involved in schematic preparation, BOM, procurement, designing and testing, component selection, hardware prototyping, and debugging

- Working in-depth with IEC standards in terms of safety, performance, and validation tests on EMI/EMC.

- Providing basic training on EV systems to various departments within the organization
