PROFILE OF WORK :

Target market : Construction and real estate industry in Bangalore

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

- Make visits across the city to gather preliminary data

- Create daily lead sources and screen all leads for eligibility before contacting the business.

- Make preliminary pitch with a 10 slide presentation

- Gather vital information about the project which is essential to draft a project specific proposal

- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective clients.

- Accurately and truthfully explain all benefits and costs of the propositions with company approved script to each prospective client.

- Maintain established minimum standard of performance.

- Develops leads from city and internet database, trade and professional service providers, and other public records.

- Real-time updating of work done for the day

- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications :

Education and/or Experience :

Masters in Business Administration or Post Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma equivalent, standalone or combination qualifications with relavent internship or work experience

Language Skills :

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence. :

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.-

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

The profile of work involves travel to several clients and prospective clients- places.

The person is expected to have his own vehicle to commute along with valid Driving Licence.

Reimbursements for the travel shall be made by the company on a periodic basis as per actual at predetermined rates.
