Project Manager - Financial Services - Farmer Insurance

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for implementing the Insurance Sales and Distribution Strategy for Farmers

- Driving the penetration of the Farmer Insurance Product using Dehaat Ecosystem

- Manage and formalize the processes wing -2-wing operationally

- Ensure smooth functioning of processes between all stakeholders

- Own the SLAs of the processes set for Farmer Insurance Product

- Drive the Insurance Sales to achieve monthly targets

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to perform under pressure

- Stakeholder Management

a) Engaging with different stakeholders partners, vendors, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output

b) Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- 2-7 years of work experience in Rural Insurance industry dealing with Farmer Insurance Products

- Past experience in handling General, Health, Crop, Cattle Insurances in Rural India

- MBA from Tier 1 B School is preferred

- Strong operational skills

- Analytical and data-driven

- Excellent Communication
