GreedyGame is on the lookout for a Programmatic Media Manager to join its clan. Someone who can establish highly collaborative, cross-functional relationships across the broader organization, including Sales, Product, Finance, etc.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Create strong connections with SSPs & DSPs, business development, and licensing/distribution teams, to activate CTV/OTT programmatic opportunities, establishing and actively measuring metrics of success
- Experience trafficking display and video ads cross-device a must. Programmatic Trading, DSP experience and CTV trafficking a plus.
- Knowledge of open RTB specifications and VAST, VPAID
- Maintain a strong understanding of the current programmatic ecosystem, specific to trends in Connected TV and new technologies/best practices that affect the buying discipline
- Establish highly collaborative, cross-functional relationships across the broader organization, including Sales, Product, Finance, etc.
- Provide yield optimization recommendations based on performance data available within each platform (use rate, bid rates, fill, errors, etc.)
- Collect data, do the necessary analyses, and deliver insights into the programmatic operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Scale up the programmatic vertical within the company
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programmatic ad operations, revenue optimization, especially in Tier-1 markets
- A good understanding of the open RTB ecosystem and working knowledge of different channels, ad formats, SSPs, DSPs, inventory types
- Demonstrated experience of revenue optimization and uplift in mobile in-app domain
- Experience of using complex datasets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causes
- Fostering a deep professional relationship with clients and ensuring effective flow of information as well as activity with them to achieve business objectives
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with maintaining professional relationships remotely
