- Vendor finalization for logistics operations centrally.

- To manage day to day logistics operations along with Warehouse Personnel.

- To timely prepare the various operations MIS reports

- To act as a process expert for all planning processes like Vehicle planning, Route mapping, Clubbing of material etc..

- Responsible for out bound logistics process and review of SLAs of transporter and action plan for improvement in terms of damages, Insurance, Lead time etc.

- Responsible for Transport billing process ( TM module)

- To conduct supplier vulnerability assessment based on delivery and quality parameters.

- To drive packaging improvements, drive returnable packaging initiatives.

- To drive for Inventory Accuracy and Optimization across all plants, which also includes store optimization.

OTHER DESIRED SKILLS Knowledge of Route mapping, clubbing of material, milk run etc. for cost saving., SAP Knowledge, Billing process, data & cost analysis. Knowledge of Transport Module would be an added advantage.
