Great Learning - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The FP & A Manager will drive management reporting and analysis initiatives in the organization, he will work closely work with the CFO to lead and create a world class FP & A function for the fastest growing ed-tech company in professional space in India.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Regular presentation/analysis on company performance

- Variance analysis and monthly MIS reporting

- Setting up and reporting key business metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

- Owning budgeting and forecasting process

- Ad-hoc analysis to support cost initiatives

Experience and Qualifications: 

- CA/MBA (from Tier 1/2 institutes) with 3 - 7 years of post-qualification experience

- Skilled in using Microsoft office tools especially excel, Knowledge of additional analytical tools will be preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
