Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Create a coherent communication framework and narrative for the organization's various initiatives
2. Develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve significant increases in Brand awareness
3. Work closely with the PR agency to identify key media outlets to increase brand visibility across media channels
4. Generate creative ideas to gain media attention
5. Handle crisis communication and liaison with media to establish trustworthiness of the brand
6. Work closely with key stakeholders within the organization to portray different organizational initiatives within the media
7. Design and write presentations, Press releases, media kits, articles, leaflets, in-house journals, publicity Brochures and create promotional videos.
8. Analyze media coverage on a regular basis
9. Manage the social media handles of the CEO and ensure that all profiling /speaking opportunities are disseminated through social media handles
Desired Skills:
1. Minimum 3-6 years related experience in Public Relations, with at least 3 years work in an established PR Agency
2. Proven experience of working with traditional, electronic, online and social media. Work experience in international markets will be a plus
3. Strong writing, communication and research skills- including content creation/ editing.
4. Proven successes in both traditional and interactive PR channels
5. A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs
