Great Learning is looking to hire a Marketing Ninja. The candidate must possess attributes to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This is a role which entails owning Marketing for Great Learning's program(s). We are looking for someone who has hands on Performance Marketing experience and has a proven record of getting results and impacting organisations positively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design and execute entire marketing road-map for product launch
2. Lead digital marketing efforts for online customer acquisition campaigns
3. Design and execute PPC campaigns at scale across multiple channels like google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Work in conjunction with cross functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing campaigns
6. Measure, analyse and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
7. Manage email life-cycles to nurture leads and engage with customers
8. Create content strategy for marketing collaterals such as landing pages, etc.
Desired Skills:
1. Qualification: B.Tech. from a reputed institute required, MBA preferable
2. Experience: Atleast 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing. Experience in international marketing may be an added benefit, but it's not necessary.
3. Competency: (Top 3)
- Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio
- Market intelligence around best practices & current trends
- Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time sensitive business initiatives
