Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): - Leading new initiatives for learning content and experience for our Product Management and Analytics Program. Contribute to the instructional design and delivery of the executive programs offered by Great Learning - Own academic activities, delivery and participant's learning experience so that participants are continually engaged during the duration of the course i. Ensuring ongoing review of the learning content and identifying opportunities to improve quality in terms of appropriateness, accuracy, richness. ii. Ensuring the efforts towards updating the content as well as creating additional content - videos, reading material, exercises and assignments. iii. Deliver a great learner support experience by ensuring timely response and feedback on all academic queries from learners iv. Ensure the quality checks and management of the content released to participants and ensure a standardize delivery across different geographies and batches v. Create unique learning experiences that enable Great Learning customers to have a delightful learning experience and meaningful outcomes; these could be hackathons, conferences, panel discussions, industry sessions, ad-hoc competitions etc. - Scout and identify the SMEs in the field of Product Management and ensure mentorship sessions are organised to have a superior learning experience. i. Support faculty in creating and delivering courses ii. Stay abreast of latest developments in the Product Management industry - Develop and execute improvement plans to align efficient business operations with customer satisfaction - Take ownership of Program Office responsibilities and ensure smooth delivery of the program
