Job Title: Community Manager What would you be doing? 1. Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) : Scout and identify the SMEs in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning &amp; Business Analytics from India. 2. Lead end-to-end onboarding and training process 3. Engage with prospects as a Great Learning ambassador and brief them on engagement opportunities 4. Assess prospects on the ability to deliver great learning experience as per the quality standards of Great Learning 5. Orient new mentors, prepare them and deliver ongoing feedback &amp; training to ensure they continue to deliver a Great Learning experience 6. Create and maintain a healthy mentor pipeline to ensure all the delivery targets are met without compromising on the quality of learning experience for the customers 7. Forge long term relationships with mentors &amp; gurus to ensure they have a long term association with Great Learning 8. Contribute towards transforming the mentor management function 9. Collaborate with Operations, Technology and SMEs on process planning, system design and solutions/initiatives to enable long-term success in mentor/guru management. What are we looking for? 1.
