Key Responsibilities : - Plan, Create and Execute our content and communications strategy to boost our outreach amongst our key stakeholders via creative email, SMS and other digital campaigns - Own content strategy, roadmap, calendar & creation for emails, push notifications, SMS copy, blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral - Champion the GrayQuest brand voice and style throughout all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email, YouTube, Google display network) - Understand digital marketing and the differences between channels. You'll need to know about paid search, email marketing, organic search, social, and video audiences and their motivations. - Conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company websites - Seek out backlink and joint blogging and content opportunities with third-party platforms - Build and manage a team of content writers, freelancers, SEO, Visual Designers - Take ownership of our GQ+ Rewards program and increase the NPS and value of the program through better offerings to the end customer (students and parents) - Design and implement brand-building and lead-generation campaigns for GrayQuest - Handle growth of Growth of GrayQuests LinkedIn Page, Mailing lists and Instagram channel. - Design and implement launch plans for GrayQuest at the various educational institutions that we associate with - Create engaging weekly newsletters for stakeholders - educational institutions and parents - Create customer journeys and drive engagement for our customer community - Boost the digital footprint of GrayQuest and lay the foundation of our digital strategy Requirements : Prior experience in the following things would help : - Handling end to end (organic and paid) marketing campaigns from the concept to implementation - Experience of launching a product and growing users from scratch - Willing to jump into different roles as the job requires and have an eye to the future of digital content design - Performance and Product Marketing - Have worked/working in a startup environment - Implementation experience of SEO/ASO, Google Analytics, Google Search Ads, FB Network - Ads, Organic Marketing, Blogging, Email Marketing, SMM
