We are looking for a quick learner to join our core team as a Chief Manager - Finance & Accounts. We are a fast growing fintech lending company based out of Parel, Mumbai. We will offer our candidates with senior mentorship from industry veterans, increased responsibility and complete ownership of their functions and lastly a very steep learning curve for their career prospects. This position will also involve active representation of our company to external stakeholders including lenders, investors, clients and bankers. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) - Proficiency in excel, spreadsheet and Google Sheets is a must - Solid analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to learn quickly is one of the strongest attributes we will seek. - Prefer a Qualified CA with 2+ year experience post qualification. We are okay to consider a CA inter. - Experience in Fintech/ NBFC/Housing Finance Company/MicroFinance NBFC will be an added advantage but not a requirement. - Plan fund allocation in coordination with Founders and Leadership Team - Ensuring timely disbursement of monthly expenses like payroll, reimbursement, recurring payments. - Managing banking relationship and a company account. - Manage day to day operations. - Should have proficient knowledge about GST and TDS Filings, PT Returns and PF Filings. - Perform monthly/quarterly/year-end financial closing activity in close coordination with the business teams (and other internal teams) - Perform financial reporting and responsible for monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts - Measuring and monitoring of metrics/KPIs - Demonstrate appropriate understanding and working knowledge of accounting principles, direct and indirect taxation, company law and RBI regulations - Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented and operating as intended - Facilitating in the debt raising activity of the company with Banks & NBFCs - Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders (including Auditors) - Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Working on business finance for creating budgets as part of their financial planning strategies.
