Global Education Finance Initiative - GMC intends to replicate the success of the education finance initiative in multiple countries across the emerging markets with current focus on South and South East Asia. GMC plans to operational in 5 countries over next 3 years. Key Responsibilities of the position : - Co-ordinating with various business stakeholders and capturing all business requirements - Preparing/reviewing business requirement documents - Preparing test plan and test cases in co-ordination with business teams - Helping in execution of UAT - Prepare change requests - Helping project manager in timely completion of projects - Analysing functional issues in production - Helping in application rollout, training and driving adoption Qualifications &amp; Requirements: Our ideal candidate is an optimist seeking solutions to complex challenges; a traditionalist when it comes to research rigor; a modernist when it comes to technology; and a collaborator when it comes to working with team members and partners. - MBA with 3-6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in financial services - Experience of implementing at least one Loan Origination and Loan Management System - Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies - Good oral and written communication - Technical background is preferred Must be willing to travel to implementation locations in Africa and various parts of Asia as per the business requirements.
